I called this business looking for something nice last minute for a special Lady’s birthday. I went to this establishment and they were just as friendly in person as they was on the phone! I showed them what I wanted then made the purchase and they even PRINTED out a message memo on a card for me. Did I mention they had it special delivered within the hour!!!!! I’m extremely happy with this business and the customer service… I will definitely be using their services again!

New Beginnings Florist provided sympathetic, patient, kind, efficient service tailored to our desires in every way!!! After learning (while on vacation) of an unexpected loss of a friend, I contacted New Beginnings Florist from Florida. I initially chose New Beginnings because of the amazing reviews we read and pictures of beautiful arrangements that had been provided by New Beginnings on the website. Upon reaching out to New Beginnings, I spoke with Holly who was sweet, kind, and patient in answering my questions and in giving input to help tailor the desired arrangement to our liking. Because I called just before closing, Holly went the extra mile to make sure their distributor was contacted ASAP the following morning in order to obtained the flowers we desired for the arrangement. Also, upon my request, she sent a picture and an added 360 video of the actual arrangement to be delivered. JUST BEAUTIFUL!!! We were so pleased! Additionally, upon the request of the family, the arrangement delivery location was changed; Holly let me know of the change immediately staying in contact with me every step of the way. The flowers arrived at 12:35pm! Wonderful Service! Beautiful Flowers! Thank you for helping provide something beautiful for our friend’s family in a moment of such tragedy! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! The administrative assistant had received some flowers from her husband and I thought they looked really good. I asked her where he got them from and she said "A New Beginning". I went to their website and browsed through the selection to send to my wife at her place of work. I found some that I thought she would really like but I wasn't sure what the different "tiers" of purchase options were. I called the store and they were very kind and informative when explaining that it determined the amount of flowers and how "full" the arrangement is. I placed my order online to be delivered the next day and had a special request that it be before noon. They had it there at 10 am as requested and my wife absolutely LOVED the flowers!! I am very appreciative of the thoroughness and care that A New Beginning showed throughout this whole experience. I will definitely be purchasing from them again! PS I wanted to add photos because the arrangement was so gorgeous. These are the flowers a WEEK later!! And they still look amazing. My wife smells them every day. 😁
